How We Keep Lucky Wheel Consistent

Every Lucky Wheel round at suncity2 runs on a certified random-outcome engine. Segment probabilities are fixed for each wheel configuration and do not change mid-session. We surface RTP information only where the game provider exposes it — we do not publish figures we cannot verify. Wheel configurations are reviewed before each active period to make sure segment values and credit amounts are accurate.

Certified Random Outcomes

Each Lucky Wheel spin result is generated by a certified random number engine. No spin outcome is influenced by previous rounds or account history.

Fixed Segment Probabilities

Segment weights are set before a wheel configuration goes live. We do not adjust probabilities once a wheel round period has started — what you see is what runs.

Provider-Verified Engines

Wheel variants powered by Pragmatic Play and PG Soft carry their own provider-level audit trails. Round results are recorded and can be cross-checked against the provider's own logs.

Transparent RTP Display

We only display RTP values where the provider makes them available. If a wheel variant does not show an RTP figure, it means the provider has not published one for that configuration.

suncity2 What We Run in the Lucky Wheel Section

What We Run in the Lucky Wheel Section

Our Lucky Wheel section operates on a straightforward mechanic: each spin lands on one fixed segment out of the total ring. Segment values change depending on which wheel configuration is active that week — some wheels carry credit multipliers, others carry entry tokens for high-cap games like Wave Crash Game or Rainforest Riches. Providers such as Pragmatic Play and PG Soft supply

the underlying prize-feature engines that power several of the wheel variants we carry. You can check the active wheel layout directly from your account dashboard after logging in. Players in Shah Alam reach the wheel section in seconds on mobile — no additional software to install, the wheel loads in the browser tab you already have open.

Lucky Wheel Terms Worth Knowing

New to Lucky Wheel mechanics? These are the terms that come up most often — plain definitions, no jargon.

What does 'segment weight' mean on a Lucky Wheel?

Segment weight refers to the probability assigned to each slice of the wheel. A heavier weight means that segment appears more frequently in the random outcome distribution across spins.

What is a wheel configuration period?

A configuration period is the defined time window during which a specific Lucky Wheel layout — its segments, values and weights — stays active before it is reviewed or rotated to a new setup.

What does 'prize-feature trigger' mean in Lucky Wheel?

A prize-feature trigger is a segment that, when landed on, activates a specific feature inside a linked game — such as a spin-feature round inside Wave Crash Game or Rainforest Riches.

What is an account wallet credit from Lucky Wheel?

It is the direct credit amount added to your account wallet when your spin lands on a credit-value segment. The amount is visible in your wallet transaction history immediately after the round confirms.

What does RTP mean for a Lucky Wheel variant?

RTP — Return to Player — is the theoretical percentage of total wagers a wheel variant returns over many rounds. We display it only when the provider publicly publishes this figure for that wheel.

What is a 'round record' in Lucky Wheel context?

A round record is the logged entry for each spin — it captures the time, outcome segment and credit result. Support and the provider can use this to verify any disputed spin result.

No. Each wheel configuration has segments with different values — some carry direct account credits, others may link to a feature trigger inside games like Wave Crash Game. The active segment breakdown is visible on the wheel itself before you spin.
